This program provides 100% financing and allows you to broker deals as 50/50 partners with B.B.R.. We buy the home, the materials, and pay for the labor. WE FIND EM, WE FIX EM, WE FLIP EM! Annual membership fee $2,500.

  • you order the TIER #3 kit by paying an annual $2,500 membership fee.
  • B.B.R. splits the broker deals with you as 50/50 partners.
