Broker Referral Program

This program pays you one-third of the broker fees for referring B.B.R. to a home buyer who purchases a non-commercial residence (1 to 4 units). $500 Membership

Example:

you refer a borrower to B.B.R. for a non-commercial residence (1 to 4 units).
the borrower gets a $100,000 loan.
broker fees are 3 points/3% which is $3,000
B.B.R. gets 2 points/2% which is $2,000
you get 1 point/1% which is $1,000
